Outreach and Education
Providing opportunities for business owners to make connections and grow professionally.
One of the primary roles of the Office of Economic Development is to host business outreach and education events with the Sandy Springs Business Council, an initiative of the City and the Greater Perimeter Chamber of Commerce. These events align with the goals of the 2020 Strategic Economic Development Plan, which outline small business education and outreach as a primary objective of the City.
The Business Council aims to meet local companies and small businesses in their districts and provide them a forum to speak with city leadership, as well as fellow entrepreneurs and professionals. Additionally, it seeks to provide education opportunities for entrepreneurs ranging from topics like the acquisition of capital to digital marketing strategies.
Connect with us on LinkedIn and subscribe to the Select Sandy Springs newsletter to stay up to date on future outreach and education events.
